Task

OOO NPO "NAFTA-TEKHNIKA"
A two-pump cementing unit with a recirculation system for continuous preparation and mixing of cement slurries in a mixer, operating on the principle of pneumatic supply of dry cement from a mobile warehouse. The main purpose of the unit: injection of cement slurries and other non-aggressive process liquids during cementing, major repairs and development of oil and gas wells. The unit has its own system for mixing cement mortar and controlling cementing parameters in automatic mode.

Realization

The engine has been selected, the connection dimensions for the MZKT gearboxes have been agreed upon. The engines have been supplied complete with cooling units and mufflers. Commissioning work has been completed, including adjustment and testing of the assembled unit.
