Creation of 3D models and drawings of engine components (pistons, cylinders, crankshafts, cylinder heads, injection systems) using CAD programs (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
Development of technical specifications and requirements for parts.
Engine fitter
Manual and mechanized assembly of engine units and assemblies (cylinder block, crankshaft, piston group, cylinder head, lubrication and cooling system).
Installation and adjustment of parts in compliance with tolerances and fits (e.g. clearances in bearings, valves).
Warranty and Service Engineer
Analysis of customer complaints, verification of compliance with warranty conditions.
Conducting examinations to determine the cause of the malfunction (factory defect, improper operation, etc.).
Making decisions on repairs, equipment replacement, or refusal of warranty service.
