Realization

  GrandMotors delivered a GM1400BDN mobile diesel generator power plant with a capacity of 1 MW based on the 12M33G1400/5 engine manufactured by VOLZHSKIE INDUSTRIALNYE DVIGATELI LLC for backup power supply. The generator is installed on a two-axle automobile trailer and will be used in the reconstruction of a sewage pumping station and a water intake unit in a residential area of ​​New Moscow. For this project, GrandMotors engineers manufactured a special 900-liter fuel tank built into the frame of the generator set, in accordance with customer requirements.

   The generator set is located in the Sever BKS-1 container, which includes: an intelligent control system, forced ventilation with automatic valves (controlled by a temperature sensor), a fire alarm with an automatic fire extinguishing function, a circuit breaker and a Russified control panel with an automatic start function.
