Continuous Power (COP)

Prime Power (PRP)

Continuous Power is the maximum power of the generating set when operating at a constant load without limitation of operating time per year with breaks for maintenance in accordance with with the manufacturer's instructions.

Prime power is the maximum power of the generating set when operating on a variable load without limitation of operating time during the year with breaks for maintenance. For continuous operation over 24 hours, the average permissible power should not exceed 70% of the prime power (PRP). When determining the average actual power, variable power values \u200b\u200bthat make up less than 30% of the prime power are taken equal to 30%, and downtime is not taken into account.

Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance every 750 engine hours. Extension of the service interval by oil analysis.

Operating time before major repairs is not less than 42,000 engine hours. Engine life, taking into account three major repairs, is not less than 168,000 engine hours.
