CR |
Designation: T/V-V = Turbocharger / turbocharger of the "Air-to-Air" type, Electric injection pump – mechanical injection pump with electronic regulator, CR – battery-type fuel system.
* : The engines are designed for Emergency standby power (ESP) only. The indicated power (PRP) is for reference only.
Standard equipment
Cylinder block and piston group |
Air supply and exhaust systems |
The cylinder block is made of cast iron. Inspection hatches for servicing each cylinder. The power structure of the crankcase / oil pan. A flywheel crankcase with an additional place for installing a shaft-turning device. Individual cylinder heads. 2 valves per 1 cylinder. Forged crankshaft made of hardened steel with induction hardening of the main necks, connecting rod necks and shafts. Lightweight pistons with cooling and high-quality piston rings. |
Overhead turbochargers optimized for the generator set. Air filters with clogging indicators. Thermal insulation of turbochargers, exhaust manifolds and pipes. Fuel system A dehumidifier filter assembly with a transparent bulb and a water sensor, coarse and fine fuel filters. An electric fuel pump built into the filter unit. Electrical system The electric starter is 24V. The charging generator is 55A. Oil pressure and coolant temperature sensors. Flywheel crankcase and flywheel Flywheel housing SAE 1 and flywheel 14”. |
Cooling system |
|
A belt-driven cooling system with a coolant pump and a pusher fan. The engines are supplied with a cooling unit and cooling system pipes. |
|

Emergency Standby Power (ESP) |
Prime Power (PRP) |
||||
Emergency Standby Power is the maximum power available for variable load during utility power outage. The average load factor over 24 hours must not exceed 70% of ESP rated power. Typical operation is 200 hours annually (maximum 500 hours/year), including no more than 25 hours at full ESP rating. Overload capability is not permitted. Not designed for extended parallel operation. |
Prime Power is the maximum available power for unlimited hours of variable load operation with maintenance breaks. For continuous operation exceeding 24 hours, average power must not exceed 70% of PRP. When calculating average power, values below 30% of PRP should be considered as 30%, excluding idle time.
|
||||
Maintenance Scheduled maintenance every 500 engine hours (extendable based on oil analysis). Time between overhauls: minimum 16,000 hours. Total service life (including 3 overhauls): minimum 64,000 hours. |
