Emergency Standby Power (ESP) |
Main Power (PRP) |
Emergency standby power is the maximum power available for a changing load during the entire period of the main power failure. The average load factor during 24 hours of operation should not exceed 70% of the rated power of the ESP engine. The typical operating hours of the engine are 200 hours per year, with a maximum usage of 500 hours per year. This includes an annual maximum of 25 hours per year at ESP rated capacity. The possibility of overloading is not allowed. The motor should not be used for long-term operation in parallel mode. |
The main capacity is the maximum capacity of an electric unit when operating under variable load without limitation of operating time during the year with maintenance interruptions. When operating continuously for more than 24 hours, the average allowable power should not exceed 70% of the main power (PRP). When determining the average actual capacity, variable capacity values of less than 30% of the main capacity are assumed to be 30%, and downtime is not taken into account.
Maintenance Scheduled maintenance every 500 operating hours. Increase the maintenance interval for oil analysis. Operating time before major repairs is at least 16,000 operating hours. The engine life, including three major repairs, is at least 64,000 operating hours. |
